It has a slight scent and is transparent, but it has a non-flowing consistency, so it is easy to apply.

I tend to get acne when I'm tired or sleep-deprived, but when I apply this, I feel my skin becoming radiant without any irritation or dryness.

It feels moisturizing even when I only apply the toner. I recommend it.
