This is a toner from a brand I discovered by chance.

The name is Cicaloe Water Soothing Toner yo. this

But it was perfect for my oily, dehydrated skin.

You can dispense it onto your hand more than twice, or soak a pad and wipe it.

When I want even more hydrated skin after using this, I use CNP Propolis Treatment Ampoule Essence together with it.

It instantly revitalizes a dry face.

It is the perfect combination for spring.
