Vegan Toner

I have skin that gets dry from within easily, so I don't usually use toner unless it delivers that moisture deep into the skin.

But with this toner, it felt like the moisture was really well delivered to the skin even when I just used it as a wipe!

It spreads smoothly and feels moisturizing, and it seems to absorb even faster than I expected... I was even more satisfied because I felt it is a toner that can densely and quickly replenish both the inner and outer layers of the skin♥
