This is a review of the Glam Eddy Balancing Moisture Toner. It is great to apply when your skin is dry. Although it is a spray type, it comes out as a gel when sprayed. The scent is lovely, with a fragrant vibe reminiscent of a forest. The price is also quite affordable, so it is not a burden. I particularly like this product because of its scent and softness.
