Dokdo Toner Review

I sought this out after hearing good word-of-mouth about how famous it is, and it lived up to the hype. First off, my skin texture, which was always rough due to lack of moisture, has become smooth. Also, I like the moderate cooling sensation; it feels refreshing and clean. If there is a downside, it is that the texture is so watery that it tends to run out, but it's not bad.
