Soothing dry skin in winter??

Real Barrier Intense Moisture Toner

It is winter and the air has become dry. Although I have normal skin, it feels very tight after showering.

I could spray mist occasionally when I'm at home, but it actually feels drier, so I've only stocked up on toner.

They say it is especially good for hydration.

I bought this thinking that using lotion felt a bit greasy while staying at home, and that I could just comfortably apply toner. I guess I'll finally be using it this winter.
