I'm using this after getting a recommendation, and it's definitely moisturizing.

It is advertised as containing hyaluronic acid and guaiazulene, and perhaps that is why it has such a distinct watery texture. I use only this product; it isn't sticky at all, so I apply it frequently at home. I recommend it. It is called a "moisture-locking cream," and the name fits it perfectly.
