How is the Daiso skin care product?

I ran out of the skin I was using.

Has anyone tried the affordable skin toner products sold at Daiso?

Since the price is so low, I think it would be good to use without feeling burdened, but I'm worried it might irritate my skin or not be very effective. I've heard a lot of talk lately about how good the quality of budget cosmetics is, and that sales at Daiso are actually continuing to rise, so I'm curious to know how satisfied those who have actually used it are.
