Chong Kun Dang Retino Collagen Toner

I take care of my skin with a toner containing Retino's and low molecular weight collagen. It applies smoothly and moisturizes. Even though it has a slight viscosity, it doesn't feel greasy and absorbs well. My skin feels supple and bouncy.
