Please recommend a toner for runny noses.

I used to use Tony Moly Mochi Toner a lot, but now I'm a bit tired of it and want to try a different product.

As autumn and winter approach, I find myself wanting to use a moisturizing, runny toner.

I am curious to know which product you are satisfied with.
