Please recommend a lip tint suitable for cool tones.

Lately, I apply water tint and dab on lipstick.

My lips are dry, so I even apply a little lip balm along my lip line. I apply it quickly with a few swipes, but it's a hassle because it's a three-step process.

I want to apply it simply and be done in one go lol

Please recommend a lip tint that is long-lasting, doesn't smudge, and has pretty colors.
