BLACK Rouge Air Fit Velvet Tint is a highly pigmented tint that applies moisturizingly and adheres lightly to the lips. With its air finish, it feels almost weightless on the lips!
This is a tint that uses a high concentration of color pigments to maintain its true color for a long time!
I am currently using No. 7 well-dried figs.
tip The applicator is really soft, so it feels very smooth and nice when applying!
The surface is generally wide, but since it narrows like a mountain towards the end, it was really good to apply to the lips haha.
Since some tint comes off on the tip, if you want to apply it naturally, I recommend controlling the amount at the opening.
Even though it is a velvet tint, it applies moisturizingly, so it didn't seem like the kind of tint that dries out the lips. It feels hydrating when applied, but once it adheres, the texture is really light and slightly matte.
