Please recommend a lip tint.

It accentuates dead skin cells and cracks, so even when I apply regular colored lip balm, my skin feels very dry.

I want my lips to have some color. The Nivea lip balm I currently use has excellent moisturizing power, but,

It is colorless and fragrance-free. I want to wear a colored lip tint when going out, and it has excellent staying power.

Please recommend a moisturizing lip tint.
