It's Elf Tint Kiss Balm.

I wanted to make my lips look more vibrant since they tend to turn purple in the cold winter weather, so I was looking for a lip balm that provides both hydration and color. I found this on 11st for a special event price of 2,500 won, so I bought it. It moisturizes my lips well, and even though it is a lip balm, the color comes out beautifully. I am using this product very well.

True to its nature as a lip balm, it has a menthol scent. It smells like a medical product.

The color I use is Berry Sweet.
