I'm reviewing the Rarekind Over Smudge Lip Tint 21~

My lips are dry, so I usually can't wear matte lipsticks, but this one has a soft, creamy texture that doesn't dry out easily. Best of all, it smudges well, making it great for creating an overdrawn lip look, so I use it all the time. I have a spring warm undertone, and the color suits me well. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes overdrawn lips!
