I highly recommend Tony Moly Get It Tint Waterful Butter. I purchased it during the first group purchase by beauty YouTuber Yurisop, who co-developed the product, and I’ve been using it so well that I think I will buy it again once I finish this bottle. My lips tend to be dry and flaky, but I liked that this product doesn't feel dry at all, even though it has a semi-matte finish.
