This is a review of the 3CE Blur Water Tint in the shade Spot Player.
Since it's a water tint, you don't need to control the amount; you can just swipe it on for daily use.
It isn't very dry even in winter.
I use it often so I run out quickly, so I buy it whenever Olive Young has a sale; you can purchase it for about 12,000 won.
I recommend the Spot Player shade for cool-toned people.
The other colors are also subtle and natural, so try swatching them at Olive Young and buy the shade that matches your skin tone.
