It feels like my lips get more dry and flaky when I use Colorgram tint. What should I do?

It's a Colorgram tint.
I take care of my lips by applying Vaseline every night.
I sometimes apply it before bed because it feels good and reduces lip flaking the next day. However, when I apply lip tint the following day, the tint gets stuck in the crevices of my lips, they get even drier, and the flaking increases even more. Is there anything I can do about this?
It's a burden to buy another tint at Olive Young because they cost around 10,000 won each...
Is there any way to do that???????????
Also, please recommend a cushion with really good staying power that doesn't smudge even when I sweat...!! I don't mind if the coverage isn't great, so please recommend a cushion with seriously amazing staying power!!
