This product doesn't brighten the skin tone, but when you apply it, it gets a subtle whitening effect and a shimmering sensation, creating a somewhat radiant look.

Also, it spreads well, absorbs well, and isn't drying, so it doesn't smudge when I apply makeup. I think it's good because the makeup seems to go on nicely.
