The MEDI UV ULTRA sunscreen doesn't apply evenly.

I bought this because it was advertised as spreading evenly and not feeling heavy, but it doesn't apply well, leaves streaks, looks cakey on the applied areas, and I find myself reaching for it. I bought it, but it doesn't seem to suit me very well. It also doesn't wash out easily, so my skin feels a bit tight. Should I say it dries out quickly after washing?
