Espoir Couture Lip Tint Blur Velvet No. 4 Chillin

Espoir Couture Lip Tint Blur Velvet is a product that was re-released following a renewal. I bought it on the spot while shopping at Olive Young because it was recommended as a cool-toned shade. I already love Espoir's lip color payoff so much that I own products from every line. Shade #4 Chillin has a strong bright cherry red vibe that suits summer cool tones well. Although it has a slight plum undertone, it looks beautiful when used as a highlight on the inner part of the lips. It applies smoothly, and while it isn't completely matte, it is on the moisturizing side. I was worried that it might accentuate dry skin due to the nature of velvet tints, but I am very satisfied because this product barely highlights any dryness. The color payoff is excellent, which seems to make my skin look cleaner. The staying power is slightly lacking, but it blends well and isn't drying, so I am very satisfied.
