This is the Lilybyred Mood Layer Velvet Tint.

04 It has a deep, ripe persimmon color, and I bought it on Coupang.

It is a matte tint, but it is not drying, so it does not accentuate dry patches or fine lines.

It is moist on the inside and soft on the outside, so there is minimal transfer.

I like it because the color payoff is good and it smells nice.
