This is Peripera Ink The Velvet #15 "Peak of Appearance," which gives a brightening effect on the face like a fluorescent light when applied by those with a Spring Warm Light complexion. Although it has been discontinued at Olive Young and other beauty stores, it is still widely available online at the same price, so I stock up on several at a time. It applies really smoothly and is neither too matte nor too glossy, so it doesn't accentuate dry patches even when worn alone.
