Under Ten Sea Grape Soothing Ampoule

Doesn't the name (Sea Grape Soothing Ampoule) already give you a sense of hydration? I don't like sticky textures, so I usually use matte products. This product isn't sticky; it has a soft, fluffy texture that applies moistly and absorbs quickly. After it absorbs, my skin feels soft and smooth—like touching a baby's downy hair??? I can't quite explain it.
