I recommend green tea oil blotting paper.

I recommend the Atelier B Green Tea Oil Blotting Paper that I use often. The size is just right, and it absorbs excess oil really well. It’s especially great for touch-ups, as having too much oil is unpleasant; using this paper prevents makeup from smudging and is just wonderful. The paper is also thin, so it isn't heavy to use and is convenient to carry around. I highly recommend it.
