Heat Rash Prevention Body Care

The heat rash on my body hasn't healed yet, but

I've noticed that I get a lot of heat rashes in the summer.

Is there a way to prevent heat rash?

Is heat rash caused by dryness or by the heat?

I'm not sure if it's happening

Is there a cream or something to prevent heat rash?

Once it happens, I can't sleep.
