Good for atopic dermatitis

My child has had atopic dermatitis since childhood, so I apply a highly moisturizing body cream year-round. The size is large, so I apply it generously and buy two whenever I go to Costco. It can also be used on the face, so I have been applying it to their face since they were young. I am satisfied because it is cost-effective and fragrance-free. I also occasionally apply it to my legs, and the dead skin cells subside well.
