This is the Hydro Collagen Mask from Pure Derm. It isn't individually packaged; there are 25 in a pack, so I'm using it quite economically.
I keep it in the refrigerator and use it 3 to 4 times a week. The sheet is thick, so it seems to be very moisturizing, and I think it is super effective at hydrating tired skin in this hot weather! ♥
