The Food Aholic Nature Skin Mask seems to focus on moisture absorption, as it contains more toner than nutrients. I found that keeping it in the refrigerator during the summer made it feel cool and helped soothe the skin. It has a subtle olive scent and contains many extracts, such as chrysanthemum, walnut, and vitamin berry. The only downside is that the sheet itself is thin.
