Shampoo recommendations

My skin is extremely dry, so I don't know which shampoo to use. Do you have any recommendations? Seriously, just touching it causes flakes to peel off like dandruff. It's so stressful even though I just washed my hair. Please tell me some skincare tips besides shampoo.
