Please recommend a shampoo for itchy scalp.

My scalp is itchy, maybe because I've been wearing a hat often lately. I am using Labo H's scalp cooling shampoo, but my hair gets too dry after using it.

Does scalp cooling shampoo normally make hair that dry after use?

Please recommend any other good shampoos~
