The scalp soothing effect appears quickly. While regular shampoos use purified water, this one contains 47% Houttuynia cordata extract instead.

It is really gentle and good because it does not contain various chemical ingredients. It lathers richly, and has good cleansing power. It is a bit gentle on the scalp

Although it does tend to be drying, overall I am satisfied with using it.
