At-home scalp care methods: What do you do when your hair is oily and falling out?
Lately, my scalp has been oily and my hair is falling out a lot, so I'm worried.
If I don't wash my hair for even a day, oil builds up on my scalp, making it feel stuffy, and even after washing it, it doesn't feel refreshing.
Even though I'm using a gentle shampoo, my scalp seems to be getting sensitive, and I'm worried because I'm seeing noticeable hair loss.
Do you happen to have any scalp care methods that have been effective in this situation?
For those of you like me with oily scalps and concerns about hair loss, what scalp care methods do you practice at home?
I've noticed that a lot of people are getting scalp scaling these days, and I'm curious if that kind of scalp care actually helps remove oil or soothe the scalp.
I've heard that while having too much oil on the scalp is a problem, it's also not good if it becomes too dry.
Could you possibly recommend any good scalp care methods or products, such as shampoos, that can control scalp oil and reduce hair loss?
I would be really grateful if you could also share how you usually take care of your scalp!
