Would a scrub help when I feel tiny bumps on my face?

The weather has been dry lately, so I've been diligently applying moisturizer before bed.

Even so, by the afternoon, I could feel my face becoming rough and bumpy, with a lot of tiny, millet-like bumps.

I try brushing it off while washing my face with a dry wash, but it doesn't seem like applying moisturizer makes it smooth.

Will using a scrub product make my skin much smoother in this situation?

I use Senka products when I do my facial cleansing in the evening, and they tend to have quite strong cleansing power.

I've heard that it tends to dry out easily, so I'm wondering if it's okay to use a scrub before foam cleansing.

I was worried that peeling it off too forcefully might actually cause skin problems.

Would it be okay if I used a scrub product that doesn't irritate the skin?

I am wondering if using a scrub will help get rid of the rough texture I feel when touching my face, and if it is okay to use it together with a foam cleanser that has good cleansing power.
