- After washing my body with warm water and body wash,

- Minimize irritation, and roll a little more thoroughly on rough areas like knees and elbows.

 

3️⃣ Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
- Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water to ensure no dead skin cells remain.

 

4️⃣ Finishing moisturization is essential
- After scrubbing, you must finish by moisturizing with body cream or lotion to keep your skin smooth for a long time.

 

Usually, you can even take care of the scrub at the same time while showering haha.
