I think it's good to take and use when going to a sauna.

The scrub particles are quite fine, so it exfoliates effectively.

Even though my skin is sensitive, it doesn't sting or burn when I rub it on my skin.

I keep using it because it doesn't cause any irritation.

The moisturizing effect after use seems pretty good as well.
