Do you have any recommendations for under-eye bags?

I have eyes without any aegyo-sal. There isn't a single bit of that under my eyes... ㅠㅠ I also have dark circles ㅠㅠㅠ

I practiced a lot to create aegyo sal (under-eye bags) where I don't have any. I've been applying a little glitter to the inner corners of my eyes and adding shading underneath, but even like this, it only shows up in photos... ㅠㅠ Actually, it's really noticeable in person lol ㅠㅠ It feels so awkward that all I can do is laugh.

Please tell me how even someone with absolutely no under-eye bags can create them! I want to create natural-looking under-eye bags...
