Do you know how to get rid of acne without acne patches?

I felt like I was getting unwell since yesterday.

I got a huge pimple around my mouth today.

Of all days, I don't even have an acne patch today, so I'm really pissed off.

Do you happen to know a way to get rid of acne when you don't have acne patches?
