What is the essential item that allows you to declare, "Blackheads, I will see you through to the end!"?

My skin is extremely oily, so I have a lot of sebum, which means blackheads are always a concern for me. No matter how thoroughly I take care of my skin, these blackheads just won't go away easily. Even if I extract them, they reappear, and since this cycle repeats, my skin gets irritated and seems to be getting worse.
