[Holiday Weight Gain] How do you all lose this?? Please help me T_T

I wonder why on earth I just kept eating and eating during the Lunar New Year holiday... I devoured all kinds of greasy food and high-sugar fruits and couldn't do a single bit of exercise (I almost melted into the floor 🫠).
I feel like I've really gained weight suddenly. What can I do to get back to normal quickly?
I worked out all second half of last year to gradually build muscle lines in my arms and legs... but it seems like it's all gone!!! 🥺
I'm worried about side effects if I push myself too hard on my diet, so I'm asking for advice first.🥹 Please help me find a way to diet effectively without putting a strain on my health.🙏🏻
