<Taste Differences Between Hallabong, Red Hyang, and Cheonhyehyang>

๐ŸŠHallabong

It looks like a native Jeju fruit, but it is a hybrid variety created in Japan in 1970! It was introduced to Jeju Island in 1990 and began to be called Hallabong, named after Mt. Halla!!

It has a balance of sweetness and sourness, but the sugar content is on the high side.

Red Hyang

A hybrid of Hallabong and Cheonhyehyang! The tangerine variety that was most recently improved among the three!!

It has a soft texture and the highest sugar content.

Cheonhyehyang

A variety first developed in Japan! Created by crossbreeding oranges and tangerines, it was introduced to Korea in 1980. Its name means "fragrance bestowed by heaven"!! Sweetness is more prominent than sourness, and the sugar content averages 12 to 15 Brix.

All three are delicious, but the Cheonhyehyang definitely has a stronger aroma and flavor~~๐Ÿงก๐Ÿงก๐Ÿงก*๐ŸŠDo you know the difference between Hallabong, Red Hyang, and Cheonhyehyang?๐ŸŠ*๐ŸŠDo you know the difference between Hallabong, Red Hyang, and Cheonhyehyang?๐ŸŠ
