Has anyone seen improvements in skin elasticity with ingestible collagen products?

Hello! I've heard that skin elasticity starts to decline in your late 20s, so I've been looking into ingestible collagen products lately. Since I can just take them along with my vitamins, it seems like a convenient way to manage my skin compared to other methods for improving elasticity. Because ingestible collagen has been consistently trending for several years now, there are so many products on the market. However, there are far too many promotional reviews rather than genuine ones, so I'm posting this to ask if ingestible collagen actually improves skin elasticity! If anyone has seen results, I'd love to get some tips, such as which products you recommend and how long you took them to see effects!     제가 먹는 제품은 정말 꼼꼼하게 서칭하다가 발견한 제품인데 시중 제품들중에 (제가 발견한 것들중에선..) 함량이 제일 높고 달톤도 낮으면서 안에 피부관련 부원료들이 빵빵해서 콜라겐 이외로도 만족스러워서 계속 먹게되더라구요!! 비록 하루 두번 먹어야되긴 하지만,, 맛있기도 하구 습관되니까 별로 귀찮음은 없어요 ㅎㅎ

    가격은 정말 비싸지만,, 언젠간 도움이 된다면 아깝지는 않을 돈이라 매달 투자하며 먹고있답니당🤍
