Are there any home care devices that are effective for enlarged pores?

My skin elasticity has dropped overall, so I think my pores have gotten much larger than before.

Are there any beauty devices that would be good to use in situations like this?

There are so many ads that I don't know which products are actually effective...

Please recommend any devices you have actually used or are currently using that have shown even the slightest effect on skin elasticity!

Please let me know if there are any other skincare products that would be good to use together.
