Are there any pressed powders or foundations that cover up skin texture?

I'm worried because the more I wear makeup, the worse my skin texture looks.

When I don't apply anything, my skin texture looks normal and not noticeable, so it actually seems better. But if I even apply sunscreen, my skin becomes bumpy, all the unevenness is visible, and the texture itself looks really bad.😭

I am especially worried because when I apply foundation or powder after base makeup, my skin gets cakey and looks messy, as if powdery dust has been stuck to it.

Are there any powder compacts or foundations that cover up skin texture?

It's hard for me to go out without makeup.

I feel reluctant to go out even after putting on makeup.
