Do you have any face masks that moisturize the skin?

My skin gets dry every winter.

My skin is rough and even develops redness. I've tried changing my cosmetics, but it hasn't helped much. Would doing a daily face mask help? What kind of product?

Will I need to use this to get my skin back to normal?
