Please recommend a powder foundation that is good for oily skin with uneven texture.

I have oily skin with large pores and an uneven texture.

In the fall and winter, my skin is oily but also has dry areas, so it is really difficult to find a powder foundation that suits me.

What foundation powder would make my skin texture look better like this?

I'd like a product that's moderately glossy but not too oily... haha

This is so difficult. How happy would I be if I naturally had good skin?
