My bangs are sticking out unevenly. Is there any way to style them?

My bangs fell out after giving birth, and now I have baby hairs growing in.

My messy hair is stressing me out.

It didn't grow long, and it stood up spiky.

It's hard to manage my hairstyle because of these flyaway hairs.

What should I do about this hair?

It's so short that it's hard to even get a perm.
