Do people with oily skin use cream in the summer?

For those with oily skin, do you make sure to apply cream in the summer?

I felt it was sticky, so I only applied toner and lotion, but my face has been so dry lately.

But if I apply it, it feels too sticky, so I can't find a middle ground.

I have combination skin, so I don't know what to do.
