Severely dry? Are there any shampoos that are good for the scalp for extremely dry skin?

My skin is extremely dry. My scalp is fine in the summer because it is humid, but as winter approaches, my scalp gets dry and I experience significant hair loss. Although I do lose some hair normally, I am now worried that I might have hair loss. What kind of shampoo would be good for my scalp?
