I want my dry hair to look shiny and voluminous.

Since it is the dry season, my hair feels like it sticks to my scalp after washing it... I also get static electricity, so I have to be careful when drying it. Are there any shampoos that seem to create a natural curl? Since I don't have much hair, it always bothers me. I am also curious about essences or oils that add a voluminous curl effect.
